 On-site Service Calls
Innovative Systems and Services, Inc. charges an hourly rate
for any on-site service calls.
Onsite labor to work on Standalone workstations and printers,
Basic Networking (network workstations, file servers, network printers),
and Advanced Networking (WAN configuration, messaging servers, migrations)
is all billed at $95.00 per hour.
Turn-around time from the time you call the office to the
time an engineer is deployed is very reasonable, and we will make every
effort to accommodate you as soon as possible.
Pre-Paid Support
Blocks
Many of our clients opt for a pre-paid block of service
hours at a reduced hourly rate.
These pre-paid blocks can be used for any technology support needs, or
monthly technology maintenance support. The hours are for labor and support
only, and do not expire. Any hardware or software needed will be billed
separately. These pre-paid support blocks are offered in 10 hour increments
for $850.00 (not including any applicable taxes).
When the block of hours is exhausted, the client will be
notified and given the option to be billed on an hourly basis or may
repurchase another block of labor hours.
In-House Service
In-house labor on your workstation or laptop is billed at $60/hour.
If you know that, for example, your hard drive has failed and you need a
replacement, it may be more cost-effective for you to bring your computer
into the office and have one of our in-house technicians perform the work
needed. Due to the complexity of servers it is necessary to bill $85/hour
for all server work done in house.
