IS&S provides computers configured to meet your exact
business or personal needs. Whether you would like to purchase a name brand
computer (Dell, Gateway, Etc.) or have us build a custom machine to your
specifications.
We also offer a comprehensive repair service that provides
troubleshooting of all hardware and software. IS&S can provide
replacement hard drives, motherboards, network cards and more if necessary.
Troubleshooting services are available if you drop off your computer or can
be scheduled on site.
If you are looking for the latest and greatest hardware
gear, or your computer just doesn't seem to have the speed it used to, just
let us know and we can help out. Some machines can be upgraded at a lower
cost than a replacement. We will take a look at the hardware and software
in your machine and let you know whether or not upgrading will be
worthwhile.
Server Hardware, Administration, and Migrations
It doesn't matter if you are installing a new server from
scratch, adding an additional server, or retiring an old server while
moving data to a new one, we can provide a solution. We will come in
approximately 1 week to 1 month in advance depending on the scale of the
project and provide you with a network walkthrough and consultation so that
we can understand your needs and goals and overcome any obstacles in the
way. We then make server hardware and software recommendations based on all
the information that we have gathered.

network topology diagrams allowing you to understand what is in place now.
From that point we are able to make recommendations based on your
requirements and explain to you the options that are available to you. Once
you have made your decision we will schedule a time that is convenient for
you, work with all of the providers necessary, and set an implementation
date.

Server Maintenance
IS&S offers a monthly server maintenance to keep your
servers and all of their components running in their peak condition. This
is a proactive approach to preventing problems before they occur. We
monitor your system on a monthly basis to make sure space requirements are
not growing to rapidly, verify backups are occurring properly, optimize the
servers, and much more. Each server is different and each maintenance plan
is modified according to the server and customer's needs. We offer a flat
rate on our server maintenance.
Pre-Paid Support Blocks
Pre-Paid support blocks provide a discount off of our
regular hourly labor rate and can be used for any of our services. These
hours are for labor and support only (any necessary hardware and software
will be billed separately), and do not expire. The pre-paid support blocks
are offered in 10 hour increments. IS&S will periodically issue
statements showing how much time has been used and the block hours
remaining.
